Artwork is to be submitted in a vector format via email in the form of an “ai”, “cdr”, “eps”, or “PDF” file in PC format. A fax printout of the art must be sent with the purchase order, scanned art must be 600 DPI or better and al fonts and/or placed images must be included and ‘converted to outlines’ (or curves) prior to emailing. If it is necessary to touch up or color separate artwork, it will be charged at a rate of $25.00 (G) per half hour. Artwork should be emailed to art@hirschgift.com. Art will be held for a period of 24 months.

Batteries are included with all clocks. Clocks can be set to local time for $0.50 (G) each.

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be sent via fax or e-mail before proceeding. Changes or cancellations will be subject to any costs already incurred plus a $50.00 (G) handling fee. Changes to order may affect ship dates as well as set-up charges and run charges. No changes (increases, decreases, imprint method, etc.) will be accepted once production of your order has commenced.

Hirsch Gift will acknowledge all orders via email. Please provide your e-mail address when placing your order. All products are imported with country of origin labels on products/boxes. Sizes of catalog photos are for presentation purposes and are not to scale. Careful consideration should be given to the size specs that have been printed with each item description.

Items throughout the catalog include a one location, one color print excluding writing instruments and keychains which are laser engraved, crystal which is sub-surfaced laser etched and certain other items include a 4-color process indicated with “4C”. Hirsch Gift does not guarantee the life of a screen/pad print on writing instruments and keychains. Additional color/locations for screen/pad printing are charged at $0.95 (G) and laser engraving at $1.25 (G), plus additional set-up charge. Additional charges may be incurred for imprints larger in size than those specified in the catalog.
Standard colors for printing are white, black, reflex blue (PMS 281C), red (PMS 1795), green (PMS 335), yellow (PMS 102), silver (877C), and gold (PMS 871C). PMS color matches are available for a set-up charge of $45.00 (G).

Upon credit approval, net 30 days, from the date the order has shipped. First orders, custom orders and large orders will require a deposit or pre-payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Our standard method of imprinting is screen/pad printing, excluding writing instruments, keychains, and certain other items where indicated. Laser engraving can be substituted with a set-up cost of $56.25 (G) and a run charge of $1.25 (G).

Our standard production time is 5 working days after approval of artwork for in-stock items. Large volume orders, special imports and custom orders may require longer lead times, please call for details.

A $35.00 (G) fee will be charged for ordering less than minimum, with an absolute required minimum of half the lowest quantity reflected for that item. Certain items cannot be ordered for Less Than Minimum. Please confirm with the factory.

We will make every effort to ship exact quantities on decorated products. However, we reserve the right to over or under run imprinted orders by 3% and bill accordingly. Exact quantities orders must be specified at the time of placing the order are subject to a 5% surcharge.

Certain laser engraved items must be oxidized and is included where necessary.

All items include a gift box, unless otherwise specified.

An actual pre-production sample can be provided for a charge of $25.00 (G) (for domestically produced items) plus the unit price. Please allow a lead time of 4 days after art approval for the sample to be prepared. Contact the factory for the pre-production surcharge for special imported items.

Hirsch Gift will apply a Prop 65 label on all products being shipped to California. The label will read as follows: California Law Requires This Warning: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Random samples are billed at the lowest list price and are not returnable.

Hirsch Gift must be informed of damages and shortages within 21 days of ex-factory shipment date. No return merchandise will be accepted or credited without prior written Hirsch Gift authorization and a proper RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label. All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted. A 5% restocking fee may be assessed for return of non-decorated goods at the discretion of Hirsch Gift. Decorated items are not returnable.

Screen / pad printing set-up charge is $56.25 (G) per location / color. Additional imprint locations and / or colors will incur additional set-up charges and a running charge of $0.95 (G) per additional color and / or location. Exact repeat order set-up is $28.12 (G).

Other items upgraded to laser engraving will incur a run charge of $1.25 (G) per piece. Our standard method of shipping is insured FedEX® Express and UPS® services. All weights recorded in the catalog are approximate, actual weights may vary. Merchandise is shipped FOB Houston, TX 77081. Delivery address changes must be submitted three days before scheduled ship date. Additional charges for residential delivery, address corrections or incorrect shipping account number will be billed to the customer, if applicable. Orders shipped using 3rd party accounts will incur a handling charge of $2.50 (G) per carton, with a maximum of $25.00 (G) per shipment. Hirsch Gift is not liable for delays in delivery due to customs, carrier delays or natural disasters.

Speculative samples are available for a charge of $25.00 (G) plus the unit price and include either a 1-location / 1-color imprint or 1-location laser engraving. For additional imprint colors and / or imprint locations, add $12.50 (G) per additional imprint. Speculative samples are limited to 3 per style. Speculative samples are made at the client’s request and are not returnable. All applicable set-up charges and run charges will be billed upon placement of the first order.
