Requirements

 

• Express 24 must be designated on the order. Orders not marked appropriately are not guaranteed to ship under Express 24.

 

• Complete order and electronic vector art must be received before 3:00 PM CST.

 

• Artwork must be sent to express24@hirschgift.com. Art must be e-mailed to the appropriate address, if not, order is not guaranteed to ship under Express 24.

 

• Artwork e-mail must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, valid purchase order number and the file type of the supplied vector artwork (i.e. eps, ai, cdr, pdf). • Exact repeat orders must include previous reference information.

 

• Laser engraving imprint only. Running charge of $1.25 (G) will apply to items other than key chains and pens.

 

• One standard imprint location only.

 

• No proof or spec sample provided.

 

• Shipment method and ship to address must be provided with order.

 

• No special packaging, multiple drop ships or multiple ship methods.

 

• Customer’s account must be current and in good credit standing or pre-payment information must be provided with order (Visa, MasterCard or American Express.)

 

• Orders received on weekends, holidays and Friday after 3:00 PM CST will be processed as if received on the next business day.

 

Hirsch Gift will make every effort to accept all qualifying orders for Express 24 service. However, Express 24 service is not guaranteed and is subject to availability based on production capacity and product availability.
